Senior Data Delivery Specialist
About SettLiT
SettLiT is Marble's US legal-market platform: digital health intelligence for personal injury and mass-tort law firms. We give these firms fast, compliant access to the health and claims data their cases depend on. Structured medical data and fraud signals turn months of waiting into days of usable case intelligence, so firms can evaluate, resolve, and finance cases with confidence, and claimants get to resolution faster.
About Marble
The world's most valuable data can't be scraped or bought. Health records, insurance, identity, and legal information are regulated, consent-bound, and locked behind portals, paper, and legacy systems. Marble is the authorization layer that unlocks it: infrastructure for securely accessing, permissioning, and using protected information. We started in health and legal with Medchart and SettLiT, and we're building the consent-driven data network for every regulated industry.
The Opportunity
Most health data requests move through our platform without anyone touching them. This role owns the ones that do not: the request a provider has stopped responding to, the invoice nobody can reconcile, the digital request failing for a reason no one has diagnosed yet, the expedited project a firm needs turned around this week. You will resolve them, and then you will make sure that class of problem stops recurring.
You will work directly with law firm clients, healthcare providers, and our digital network partners, and you will be the front-line signal to our Product and Development teams on what is actually breaking in the platform. You will report to our Group Manager on the Fulfillment team and work alongside a small, tight operations group.
What you'll do
- Own the complex requests and escalations. Chase the provider who has gone quiet, resolve the invoice nobody can reconcile, and close out the requests that stall. You handle these independently, and the ones you escalate arrive with a recommendation already attached.
- Keep our queues inside their standards. Documentation, digital requests, privacy, and data exports. You work aging requests before they turn into client problems, not after.
- Protect compliance on every request. Verify authorizations before any data moves, hold documentation standards, and meet HIPAA and state health record law on work that gets audited.
- Deliver client projects directly. Work with firms by phone and email, run project inboxes, export and organize data, and review it to identify the information that actually qualifies for a case.
- Get new accounts live and configured. Set up new customer accounts with our network partners, and build configurations tailored to each client's qualifying codes.
- Make the platform better. Diagnose what is breaking, report bugs to Product and Development with the detail they need, and push for the enhancements our clients actually feel.
- Bring the team up with you. Within the year, mentor junior teammates on escalation handling and compliance accuracy
What you bring
- You have independently resolved escalated matters with external parties, providers, vendors, payers, or partners, including ones with money attached, and handled them professionally.
- You solve problems by finding the root cause, not the symptom, and you know when an issue needs to go up rather than sideways.
- You are comfortable in Excel: filtering, reconciling, and reviewing data to find what matters and what is missing.
- You write and speak clearly with clients and external partners, especially when the news is complicated.
- You have worked somewhere fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven, and you kept your accuracy while you did it.
Bonus points
- Experience in healthcare, health information management, insurance claims, or the legal industry.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, health record documentation, or data privacy frameworks.
- Improved a process or contributed to an automation project.
- Worked with digital health networks or health information exchanges.
