Senior / Data & AI Solutions Engineer – Automation, Analytics & AI
Job Description
We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong technical expertise and a business-oriented mindset to lead end-to-end data, automation, and AI solutions. The role requires the ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable technology solutions.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, automation processes, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making. Strong collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, including fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders in a local and global environment.
Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot) is a strong advantage. The position combines hands-on data engineering with automation, analytics, and AI innovation.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science discipline, computing science, engineering, mathematical, statistics or related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years or 5 years )for Senior position( of relevant hands on experience in building end to end data piplines and analytics which includes:
Successfully designing and delivering automation/analytics/AI-enabled solutions (e.g., dashboards, workflow automation, AI/ML solutions, ETL procceses) that produced measurable improvements.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, with hands-on project management in a matrix environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working across multiple countries or in regional programs.
Exposure to integrations with IT/data science teams and vendor coordination.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Program/project management: planning, prioritization, risk/issue management, and delivery at pace; comfortable with Agile/Lean practices.
Communication & influence: excellent English communication; ability to influence across functions and present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Change enablement: stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption support.
Problem-solving & critical thinking: structured analysis, hypothesis-driven approach, and pragmatic delivery mindset.
