Senior Data Engineer

Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱140,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to support the development of DataMarts and data pipelines for an enterprise data initiative. This role requires a strong foundation in data warehousing, SQL, and ETL, with experience working in cloud‑based data platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to deliver stable and scalable data solutions.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Data Warehousing & ETL (non‑negotiable)

• Strong SQL skills and working with relational databases

• Experience building or supporting DataMarts

• Solid understanding of data modelling and normalization

• Experience with data pipelines and data ingestion processes

• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure preferred, others acceptable)

• Hands‑on experience with tools such as:

  • SQL

  • Power BI (or similar BI tools like Tableau)

  • Python (preferred)

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps / CI‑CD concepts

• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams

• Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL

• Python libraries such as Pandas or Spark

• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum or ITIL environments

Work Setup

• Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO)

• Ortigas, Pasig City

• Dayshift
