Senior Data Engineer (AWS / ETL) @ Square One Resources

For our global client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Practitioner to join a strategic, enterprise-scale data transformation initiative.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering modern data platforms that support business-critical processes. You will be responsible for architecting scalable data solutions, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the long-term data strategy within a highly collaborative, international environment.

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.

Extensive experience with database technologies and ETL/ELT development.

Strong knowledge of distributed data systems and Big Data technologies.

Experience designing scalable data warehouses and data lakes.

Ability to identify and resolve complex performance and scalability issues.

Strong understanding of data architecture principles and data governance.

Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Scrum Master experience is considered a plus.
