Senior Data Engineer (Azure Databricks) at BairesDev
As a Senior Data Engineer (Azure Databricks), you will design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines to support enterprise-scale analytics. You will serve as a key driver for modernizing our cloud data infrastructure, transforming raw datasets into reliable, high-performance data platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines using cloud-native services.
- Build and maintain efficient ETL/ELT workflows to support downstream analytics and reporting.
- Optimize data architectures for cost, speed, and reliability in a distributed cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into high-quality data schemas.
- Ensure rigorous data governance, pipeline monitoring, and high availability across the platform.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
- Proven expertise with Databricks and Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
- Solid experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design and workflow orchestration.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
