Senior Data Engineer (Databricks)
- Delivery on complex data engineering projects across industries
- Leading small delivery teams
- Managing customer relationships alone or with a Project Manager
- Mentoring more junior engineers
- Evaluating the quality of junior engineers' work
- Contributing to hiring best-in-class data engineers
- Consultant mindset and passion for customer experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid software engineering foundations
- Significant experience working on Unix/Linux
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- Familiarity with best-in-class software engineering principles
- Experience designing and implementing data-intensive applications
- Strong SQL and NoSQL hands-on experience
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
- Exposure to real-time data processing systems
- Experience with Apache Spark and/or the Big Data ecosystem
- Technical mentoring and/or people management hands-on experience

- Gross salary range from 1,700,000 to 2,300,000 HUF/month depending on seniority level
