Senior Data Engineer (focus on Palantir) | Remote from Spain

Your Mission

You will work on strategic data initiatives, building and operating reliable, scalable data products on the clients\' Palantir based data platform.

Your focus will be on developing high-quality data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets that support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products using Palantir
• Develop data transformations using Python and PySpark
• Build robust ETL/ELT workflows integrating multiple data sources
• Write efficient SQL for data transformation and analytics
• Design and maintain data models optimized for analytical use cases
• Collaborate with business and analytics stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
• Ensure data quality and reliability through testing, monitoring, and CI/CD
• Analyze data to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
• Document solutions and contribute to data engineering best practices

Your Story

You are an experienced data engineer with strong technical foundations and a passion for building reliable data solutions.

• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience with Palantir as a Senior Data Engineer
• Strong Python skills with hands-on PySpark experience
• Solid SQL knowledge and ETL experience
• Strong understanding of data modeling and analytical data design
• Analytical mindset with attention to data quality and consistency
• Experience with data testing, monitoring, and CI/CD processes
• Palantir Foundry experience is a strong plus
• Experience in agile environments and collaboration tools – nice to have
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1)
