- Several years (+5) experience in demanding development projects
- Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Backend: Python, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory
- Databases: DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery
- Consultative approach and ability to help build and maintain database solutions
- Experience with ETL processes and reporting tools like Power BI
- Fluent Finnish and English skills; experience in finance sector is a plus
