Senior Data Engineer - II
Summary
Builds and secures ELT pipelines and data warehouses using Oracle Data Integrator, designs scalable models, and partners with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure data solutions.
- Develop and implement ELT data pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple systems.
- Design and develop efficient, scalable data models aligned to business needs.
- Build and deploy on-premises data warehouses and data lakes using Oracle Data Integrator and related tools.
- Develop and implement data security measures - encryption, access control - to protect data from unauthorized access and misuse.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions addressing data quality and security needs.
- Conduct data analysis, build data visualizations, and troubleshoot data issues across integrated systems.
- Maintain data documentation and stay current on emerging data technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred), with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in data transformation; Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) preferred.
- Sound knowledge of security principles, procedures, and practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong SQL queries and data modelling concepts (mandatory).
