Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing reliable and scalable data processing pipelines;
- Continuously improving existing data platforms for performance, cost, and maintainability;
- Closely collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions;
- Collaborating with other teams and technical leaders across the organization.
- Ensuring solutions comply with applicable laws, standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Tracking new technologies and initiating and implementing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of data platform architecture;
- Practical experience in building solutions in Databricks using Python/PySpark (alternatively Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse);
- Experience in software development;
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools;
- Very good command of English
- Communicative and open to teamwork
Additional advantages:
- Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar solutions;
- Experience in designing solutions based on data platforms;
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Azure cloud services, and .NET;
- Knowledge of AI-supported development environments, agentic programming techniques, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
