Theta is hiring a senior data engineer/lead consultant in its Data and Insights Practice (Wellington or Auckland, hybrid) to lead end-to-end delivery of modern lakehouse/warehouse data platforms and AI pipelines that drive measurable business outcomes. Core stack: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, SQL, and Python/PySpark.
Theta seeks an experienced Lead Data Consultant to join the Data and Insights Practice, based in Wellington or Auckland. You will lead end-to-end build of modern data solutions, shaping architectures with Lakehouse/warehouse patterns, and delivering production-grade data platforms and pipelines to enable measurable business outcomes.
Strong delivery across Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure services, plus advanced SQL and Python (PySpark) skills, with mentoring and stakeholder engagement
