Summary
Senior Data Engineer builds SAP Analytics Cloud reports, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data models in SAP Datasphere to support analytics and planning.
- Build SAP Analytics Cloud stories and planning applications
- Collaborate with IT roles on feasibility and effort
- Develop ETL ETL_ELT pipelines with transformations
- Ensure data quality using data lineage and documentation
- Handle delta loads and implement monitoring
- Integrate data sources in SAP Datasphere
- Model data using analytic models and views
- Operate and enhance data models and reports
- Optimize performance and resource usage
- Provide guidance with reviews for junior and student team members
- Support self service analytics through trainings and guidelines
- Translate business requirements into data products
