What you'll be doing
- Design, build and maintain scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
- Develop robust, production-grade PySpark data pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, data scientists and product owners in a cross-functional agile team.
- Review code, mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and architects.
- Improve platform reliability, reduce technical debt and produce high-quality technical documentation.
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Strong experience building scalable data platforms on Azure using Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands‑on experience developing production PySpark data pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively within distributed, cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Interest or experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and modern engineering workflows.
