Position: Data Engineer
Location: Paseo de Roxas, Makati
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Schedule: Standard business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₱130,000
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and data processing workflows using Databricks.
Work with data engineering and analytics teams to support data integration and transformation requirements.
Build and optimize data models and ETL/ELT processes.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance of data pipelines.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and support production environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Engineer.
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
Strong knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline development.
Experience working with databases, data processing, and data integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Makati.
HIRING: IT SENIOR DATA ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to cloud data engineering and big data migration initiatives.
Position: IT Senior Data Engineer
Location: Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (subject to change upon onboarding)
Salary: Up to ₱160,000
Required Experience & Skills:
8+ years of overall Data Engineering experience
Python – strong proficiency
SQL – intermediate to strong proficiency
Databricks – at least 4 years of experience
Snowflake experience may also be considered
Hands-on experience with Azure
Strong background in ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data modeling
Experience handling large-scale data and cloud-based data platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize automated data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models within cloud platforms.
Support big data migration initiatives while ensuring data accuracy, performance, and minimal business disruption.
Develop scalable ETL/ELT workflows for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.
Collaborate with business and analytics teams to deliver data requirements for strategic initiatives.
Design and develop data marts and customized data extraction based on business requirements.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Monitor pipeline health and performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement preventive measures.
Document data workflows, schemas, technical specifications, and operational runbooks.
Work closely with product owners, data architects, and data scientists to maintain reliable and efficient data infrastructure.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices, tools, and automation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Manage multiple projects and initiatives while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
