OB is partnered with a high-growth FinTech building a modern, cloud-native data platform. The data team is still maturing, giving you real influence, ownership, and plenty of greenfield work. You’ll join the Data Platform squad as an immediate contributor, shipping code on day one and shaping the future of their internal data products and warehouse.
What you’ll do
- Build and operate scalable ELT pipelines and data models.
- Improve data reliability, lineage, observability, governance, and security.
- Drive automation, CI/CD, quality, and cloud-native engineering.
- Mentor others and raise engineering standards across the squad.
- Work cross-functionally in mission-driven product teams.
- Have 4+ years in data/backend engineering.
- Are solid with DBT, Airflow, Terraform, Python, SQL, GCP/AWS.
- Understand warehousing, ELT, orchestration, and streaming.
- Care about outcomes, automation, simplicity, and quality.
- Thrive in cross-functional squads and enjoy mentoring.
