Senior Data Engineer – People Analytics

In this role you connect data engineering and analytics to drive people analytics. You lead the scalable HR data platform in the cloud on AWS and establish reliable data foundations. You then develop and operate AI-driven use cases with measurable business impact, while mentoring the team. You collaborate with IT, Security, and business units to advance data-driven decision making and foster a culture of learning.

• Own the architecture and build of the HR data platform, ensuring data quality, governance and security
• Prioritize and implement people analytics use cases with measurable value
• Provide technical leadership, coach data engineers and data scientists, enabling end-to-end value
• Collaborate closely with IT, Security and business units to advance data-driven decision making
• Support flexible, modern ways of working and contribute to a learning culture

• Several years of experience in data engineering, analytics or data science and in building data platforms in the cloud
• Strong programming and database skills in Python/R and SQL
• Experience delivering impact-focused analyses and models and providing technical leadership
• Experience with machine learning / AI use case delivery
• Strong problem-solving ability and systems thinking
• Collaborative mindset bridging technology and business
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in presentations
• Very good English; German or French is a plus
