Must-have:
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in live business environments
- Proven track record of shipping ML models into production
- Strong ownership mindset and product curiosity
- Strong Python and TensorFlow skills
- Openness to utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and quickly adapt to new technological trends
- Fluent English (B2) for technical and team communication
Nice-to-have:
- Search, ranking, or recommendation experience in e-commerce
- Experience with methods and models related to product search and ranking
- Experience in e-commerce
- Solid math or statistics background
