Senior Data Engineer (Python & Snowflake)
Summary
Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, Snowflake, and SQL to build scalable enterprise data solutions.

Build scalable and secure data workflows using Python, Snowflake, and SQL.
Design and optimize data models, schemas, and datasets to ensure performance and data quality.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Support production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
Apply software engineering best practices including version control, testing, CI/CD, and secure development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data solutions.
Build scalable and secure data workflows using Python, Snowflake, and SQL.
Design and optimize data models, schemas, and datasets to ensure performance and data quality.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Support production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
Apply software engineering best practices including version control, testing, CI/CD, and secure development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, Snowflake, and SQL.
Proven experience building and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms and data warehouses.
Knowledge of APIs, Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and data engineering best practices.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Nice to Have
AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Step Functions).
Experience with GenAI technologies, Amazon Bedrock, or RAG solutions.
SnowPro, AWS certifications, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
