Data Engineer & Client Implementation Specialist Quant Reports | Philippines (Hybrid or Remote – Philippines-based preferred) | Mid-Level (2–4 Years)
About Quant Reports Quant Reports is a fintech platform empowering asset and wealth managers to generate branded, QR-coded factsheets, advice documents, and client communications at scale.
The Role We are seeking a hybrid Data Engineer & Client Implementation Specialist to bridge financial data pipelines, basic front-end styling, and high-touch customer support. In this role, you will own the client onboarding journey—guiding wealth managers from raw data integration to their first published, QR-integrated report.
What You Will Do
- Data Engineering & Integration: Map, transform, and verify client data feeds (CSVs, spreadsheets, APIs) into templated report layouts while maintaining strict data integrity.
- Client Onboarding & Support: Lead tenant setup, user role delegation, and brand asset configuration (logos, colors, fonts) to drive rapid platform adoption.
- Front-End & Template QA: Use light HTML/CSS to style and QA report covers, tables, charts, DISCLAIMERS, and embedded QR components.
- Customer Success & Enablement: Create self‑serve tutorials, GIFs, and checklists; partner with Product and Support to resolve technical activation issues.
- Track Adoption Metrics: Monitor time‑to‑first‑value and user retention metrics (week-1 and week-4 active users).
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–4 years in Data Engineering, Implementation, Technical CS, or Fintech Ops.
- Domain & Education: Master’s degree or progress toward a CFA charter is highly desirable. Strong understanding of investment performance metrics (m/m, YTD, 1Y p.a.) and benchmarks is required.
- Technical & Design Skills: Google Sheets/Excel data hygiene (VLOOKUPs, formatting), foundational HTML/CSS, and basic familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe).
- Communication: Exceptional written English, keen visual taste, and a proactive client‑service mindset.
90-Day Success Metrics
- Median time‑to‑first‑value for QR-coded reports ≤ 10 days.
- ≥ 80% of new accounts publish at least 1 QR-integrated report.
