NiCE is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the CX Engineering team in Australia. You will partner with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build real-time, production-grade data pipelines and AI workflows that power customer experiences.
You will apply deep AWS experience to integrate LLM-powered features, automate the ML lifecycle, and ship scalable solutions across Playvox WFM and CoPilot for WFM. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.
