Senior Data Engineer, Real-time

About The Role

Every model we run is only as good as the signal reaching it. You will own the real-time layer: ingestion, feature computation, and the contracts that keep the rest of the platform honest.

What you\'ll do

• Design and operate streaming pipelines (Kafka, Flink or equivalent) at enterprise volume.
• Own the online feature store: freshness, correctness, cost.
• Codify schemas and contracts across producers and consumers.
• Debug the hard, distributed, midnight kind of problems.

What we\'re looking for

• 5+ years in data engineering, with meaningful time on real-time systems.
• Fluency with Kafka/Flink/Spark Streaming and modern lakehouse tooling.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, you write code others can rely on.

Nice to have

• Experience with feature stores (Feast, Tecton) in production.
• Comfort with Rust or Go for hot-path services.
