Senior Data Engineer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll be part of a client-facing Solutions Engineering team, building internal analytics applications, reporting dashboards, workflow automation tools, and data-driven business solutions for sales and account management teams. Success depends equally on technical execution, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into working internal tools. This is your opportunity to combine strong data engineering fundamentals with enough frontend sensibility to own solutions end to end, from pipeline to dashboard, in a role where your work is visible to business users every day.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain data pipelines, validation workflows, and analytics solutions using Python and SQL.
- Develop and customize interactive dashboards and internal tools for sales and account management teams.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate metrics, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into working internal applications and reporting tools.
- Support workflow automation and data-driven solutions across the organization.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data pipelines, validation, and analytics workflows.
- Experience building interactive dashboards and internal tools using Retool or JavaScript.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholder-facing analytics for sales, account management, or business users.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into working solutions independently.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
