We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect - Data Analytics to join a dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in designing and developing modern data analytics solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, and Databricks, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance cloud data platforms.
This role requires expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT processes, cloud-based data architectures, and analytics engineering. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable data solutions that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines across cloud platforms.
Architect, develop, and implement ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Snowflake.
Optimize data workflows, pipelines, and query performance to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data security, governance, compliance, and adherence to cloud best practices.
Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on data architecture, solution design, and implementation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending enhancements to the data platform.
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in data engineering and analytics using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
Strong experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions.
Excellent SQL development and query optimization skills.
Strong knowledge of dimensional data modeling.
Experience with cloud-based data architectures, including data lakes, lakehouses, and data warehouses.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for performance and reliability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Microsoft Azure and/or Power BI certifications.
Experience deploying AI/ML solutions within cloud environments.
Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and big data processing frameworks.
