Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake, DBT & Data Quality)

We are looking for an experienced Data / AI/ML Tester with 5-10 years of experience in data testing, ETL/ELT testing, software testing, and AI/ML validation.

The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, dbt testing, data quality validation, and data pipeline testing.

The role involves validating data transformations, ETL/ELT pipelines, analytical outputs, AI/ML model predictions, and data integrity against source systems.

The candidate should be capable of performing reconciliation, identifying duplicates, invalid or expired records, inconsistencies, false positives, and edge cases.

Experience in validating AI/ML or LLM-generated outputs, measuring accuracy against ground truth, identifying failure patterns, and checking response consistency is preferred.

The role also requires collaboration with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and development teams, along with defect tracking, test automation, and CI/CD testing exposure.

Experience with Snowflake, data lineage, cataloguing, and regulated data environments will be an added advantage.
