Technical Requirements (may vary depending on the role)

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience;
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and Python for large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and analysis;
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux environments and cloud platforms;
• Strong experience with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow and Apache NiFi, as well as CDC solutions including Debezium and AWS DMS;
• 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes and Apache Spark in production environments;
• Solid experience developing and consuming APIs, along with building scripts and automation solutions;
• Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable data pipelines and architectures;
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously;
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical decision-making and engineering best practices.ais que valorizamos

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern data architectures;
• Experience in platform migration or modernization projects;
• Knowledge of DataOps, MLOps, or AI-driven solutions;
• Experience with BI tools or Data Apps;
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
