As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own end-to-end data pipelines that drive trusted analytics, ML/AI readiness, and scalable growth across Product, Marketing and Revenue. You’ll partner with stakeholders and Data Platform teams to model data and deliver self-serve analytics for business domains. This hybrid role blends data engineering with BI/reporting skills to empower data-driven decisions and governance. You’ll work with the modern data stack to keep pipelines performant and well-documented, fostering a data-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end scalable data pipelines using Airbyte, Python and dbt; perform SQL-based transformations and ensure data quality for analysis
• Apply dimensional modeling to map business processes into enterprise data models
• Develop and support ETL infrastructure for clean, reliable data delivery
• Contribute to data architecture and strategy for pipeline deployment
• Collaborate with Data Platform Engineering to translate business logic into production pipelines
• Define best practices and scalable templates for dbt-based development
• Tune performance of models, pipelines, and data applications
• Foster data governance, privacy, security, and thorough documentation of pipelines and models
• Understand business processes and translate requirements into actionable data solutions
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to drive insights and enable self-service analytics
• Scope and track projects in an Agile environment
• Mentor data engineering teammates and provide technical leadership
• Oversee top-of-funnel metrics for at least one Business Domain and maintain consistent usage across models
• Maintain strong documentation and data quality across domains

Requisitos principales

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years in data modeling, pipelines, and data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
• Advanced SQL and dbt proficiency; strong Python
• Experience xqbhyrx with data ingestion & orchestration (Airbyte & Airflow) a plus
• Solid understanding of modern data engineering concepts (warehouses, pipelines, semantic layers) and cloud infrastructure
• Marketing domain knowledge, especially Paid Media metrics
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and attention to detail
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Streamlit) a plus
• Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA a plus
• English fluency
