What we’re looking for:

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
• Mastery of GCP services including BigQuery (schema design, query optimization, cost management) and Cloud Composer (DAG authoring, scheduling, debugging).
• Proven ability to design and execute ETL/ELT pipelines migrating from SQL Server to BigQuery, including partitioning and clustering optimization.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills applied to data transformation, automation scripts, and GCP API integration.
• Familiarity with complementary GCP tooling such as Storage, Dataflow, and Database Migration Service; exposure to Power BI and Data Vault a plus.
• Fluency in English (B2 Level)

Important:

This position is following a hybrid regime, 2x/week, Lisbon or Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
