About the role

🚀 Senior Data Engineer | Data Delivery & Platform Integration | Málaga (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about data engineering and do you want to participate in large-scale platform integration projects? We are looking for a Data Engineer to join an international environment, working with modern data architectures and large volumes of information.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines.
• Participate in platform integration and modernization projects.
• Process and transform large volumes of information.
• Implement data engineering solutions in cloud environments.
• Work with international teams in the construction and evolution of data platforms.
• Participate in the definition and maintenance of data models for analytical environments.

What we're looking for

✅ Experience as a Data Engineer.
✅ Proficiency in Python.
✅ Experience with Apache Spark.
✅ Experience with Apache Airflow.
✅ Knowledge of AWS.
✅ Experience working with large volumes of data.
✅ High B2 English level, with the ability to maintain regular conversations with international teams.
✅ Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

⭐ Experience with Apache Iceberg.
⭐ Knowledge of data modeling (Kimball or similar).
⭐ Experience in processing large-scale datasets (terabytes of information per day).
⭐ Participation in platform integration projects.
⭐ Experience in Big Data architectures and Data Lakes.
