Responsibilities

• Contribute to cutting‑edge AI initiatives by applying creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
• Work in agile, cross‑functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.
• Take accountability, responsibility, and autonomy that grow with experience and seniority.

Requirements

Experience (Cumulative):

• At least 4 years of professional data engineering experience, designing or implementing ETL processes and data integration solutions using enterprise ETL tools for large or complex data sets.
• Exposure to data modelling and architecture: practical experience creating conceptual, logical and physical data models using dimensional, relational or Data Vault techniques in analytical environments.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience designing or implementing scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Data Modeling & Transformation: SQL, dbt, Data Vault 2.0
• Programming & Data Processing: Python, Nice‑to‑have: Spark (PySpark/Scala)
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataproc, GCS), Nice‑to‑have: Docker & Kubernetes
• DevOps & Collaboration: GitLab & CI/CD
• Nice‑to‑have: Geographic Information Systems knowledge

Soft Skills & Language:

• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Professional working proficiency in English and effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Working Conditions

• Location: Headquarters in Warsaw with an additional office in Kraków.
• Flexibility: Majority of work is remote; on‑site collaboration may be required across Europe and occasionally beyond.
