Key Deliverables:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and analyze data requirements
- Identify and resolve structural issues within the data warehouse
- Develop, implement, and test robust reporting pipelines aligned with user needs
Requirements
- Expert in data modeling with a proven track record of diagnosing and fixing data warehouse issues, including influencing or coaching teams to adopt better approaches
- Technically driven problem-solver who naturally gravitates toward technology-focused solutions before considering people or processes
- Pragmatic thinker who balances technical precision with the realities of business deadlines and needs
- Strong commercial insight, able to clearly articulate business problems before diving into technical solutions
- Experienced in Agile environments, having worked in teams of at least five members
- Proficient in advanced SQL and highly skilled with the Microsoft on-premises analytics stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSMS)
- Clear scope with no ambiguity over deliverables.
