Senior Data Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and plan scalable, maintainable data integration infrastructure that supports both business and technical objectives
• Team up with teams across various disciplines to ensure outputs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Take part in architecture discussions, offering insight that helps determine the course of data integration initiatives
• Examine code produced by colleagues, providing constructive commentary that upholds strong engineering standards
• Address and resolve complex technical difficulties that emerge throughout the data pipeline's lifecycle
• Assist junior team members in their development by sharing expertise that builds stronger technical foundations
• Contribute to planning discussions, helping clarify scope and supplying accurate time projections
• Stay informed on evolving technology trends and apply useful new strategies to daily responsibilities
• Document key technical decisions and data processes clearly to support the system's long-term reliability
• Partner closely with stakeholders to define clear goals and ensure finished work aligns with expectations

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of pertinent professional background
• Practical exposure to AI tools and concepts, applied to strengthen how data integration solutions are designed
• Strong command of Python for constructing and maintaining data integration systems
• Direct experience working within cloud infrastructure built on Amazon Web Services
• Solid experience in Data Integration, linking and consolidating information from assorted sources
• Capable of applying SQL for structuring, managing, and retrieving relational database information
• Background with NoSQL database technologies for managing semi-structured or unstructured content
• Awareness of CI/CD practices that support consistent, automated deployment of software and pipelines
• Working familiarity with Google Cloud Platform for managing and rolling out cloud-based data solutions
• Hands-on background with Apache Airflow for coordinating and scheduling data workflows
• Practical knowledge of Databricks or Snowflake for handling extensive data processing and analytics work
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for analyzing and processing large-volume datasets
• Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies and how to apply them for organized, efficient project outcomes
• Experience within Agile frameworks that support collaborative, iterative development approaches
• Fluent English skills at a B2 proficiency level or beyond
