We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to drive the delivery of end-to-end data integration solutions for a key enterprise risk management platform. In this role, you will design cloud-native integration pipelines, manage robust Azure environments, and experiment with cutting-edge tools like agentic AI to optimize data delivery processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring scalable, secure, and event-driven data flow across complex enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse source systems into target data models.
- Build and manage Azure-based cloud-native solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
- Establish and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines while configuring development and production environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline operations to ensure continuous reliability and data integrity.
- Collaborate with business analysts, vendors, and source system teams within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) frameworks to refine data mappings and technical designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an integration developer or data engineer, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Hands-on proficiency in enterprise REST API programming and at least one core integration language (Python, Java/Quarkus, C#, Node.js, or Golang).
- Proven track record with CI/CD deployment pipelines, version control via Azure DevOps, and enterprise integration patterns.
