- Platform Strategy: Define and evolve the target-state architecture and platform guardrails for self-service data environments.
- Technical Leadership: Guide complex decisions across Microsoft Fabric, data product lifecycle, integration, and security/IAM models.
- Governance Design: Establish a robust governance framework, including catalog strategy, data quality frameworks, and federated governance standards.
- Architecture Oversight: Provide technical direction and conduct architecture reviews across both the SSDP and Business Insights functions.
Required Experience & Skills

- Project Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Purview for lineage, cataloging, and metadata management, alongside cloud-native operational and security frameworks.
Why Join This Project?
- High-Stakes Environment: Shape the data infrastructure for a global retail ecosystem with complex integration requirements.
- Strategic Impact: Take full ownership of platform guardrails and target-state decisions, reducing single-person dependencies and building for scale.
- Professional Growth: Engage in a challenging platform-building environment where you will translate complex technical requirements into reusable, industry-standard patterns.
