Задачи

• Define the architectural direction for data platforms
• Shape engineering standards and steer technical trade-offs
• Drive architectural decisions and lead migration architecture discussions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering culture
• Explore new technologies and help define Xomnia engineering standards
• Build and optimize data platforms and pipelines processing millions of records overnight

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in data engineering or data-intensive backend systems
• End-to-end ownership of production-grade platforms
• Ability to translate technical depth into clear direction for engineers, clients, and stakeholders
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and leading technical discussions
• Deep expertise optimizing pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost
• Strong understanding of technology trade-offs across different data platform use cases
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD-driven data workflows
• Fluent in English
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
• Nice to have: Dutch

• Monthly salary between €5,650 – €6,800 based on 40 hours, excluding vacation allowance
