Senior Data Resilience Engineer - Customer Success

Veeam Software is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in the UAE to own onboarding, adoption, and outcome optimization for the Veeam Data Platform. You will lead recovery simulations, DRMM assessments, and quarterly resilience reporting, while identifying churn risk and expansion opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing engineering, advanced English, and VMCE certification (AWS/Azure credentials preferred).
