Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across various business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and data-driven decision-making.
• Architect scalable machine learning systems and ensure robust model lifecycle management.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Drive strategic initiatives in AI governance, ethical AI practices, and model interpretability.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence data strategy at the enterprise level.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science, with a strong portfolio of deployed solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in data science roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, model optimization, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about mentoring and developing talent within the team.
