What will you do?

• Design and deploy advanced machine learning models and tailored AI solutions;
• Innovate by fine-tuning and extending Large Language Models (LLMs), including open-source and commercial models;
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve model efficiency and performance;
• Build sophisticated autonomous and multi-agent AI solutions using relevant frameworks and native SDKs;
• Apply traditional AI/ML methods, including decision trees, SVMs, and neural networks, to solve diverse problems;
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to maximize model performance.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI development, with advanced programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face;
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling autonomous or multi-agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or native SDKs;
• A solid understanding of agent harness components, including memory management, state handling, context storage, and agent communication protocols (A2A, ACP, and MCP servers);
• Proficiency in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, with practical experience using vector databases;
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this role;
