This position focuses on identifying product opportunities and shaping the roadmap through data-driven insights. You will work within the Discovery group to improve how users interact with our library of over 100 million assets.

What you'll do

• Lead data-centric strategies by extracting actionable insights from user behavior to guide product decisions.
• Design and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and determine future product directions.
• Create and manage goal metrics, forecasting, and analytics tracking to monitor feature performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and product to align on business goals and user needs.
• Provide general data support and develop self-serve tools to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record of influencing product strategy and business growth using data.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and experience with R or Python.
• Strong background in hypothesis-driven problem solving, metric design, and statistical forecasting.
• Experience working in a tech company with web or mobile customer-facing products.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Bachelor degree in a STEM field or equivalent grounding in mathematics and statistics.
