This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Data Scientist to join a growing technology business at a key stage of its journey. You'll work on high-impact machine learning projects, help shape analytical best practice, and see your work directly influence product development and client outcomes.

The Role
- Build and deploy machine learning models across forecasting, customer segmentation, and propensity modelling
- Own projects across the full model lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering through to deployment and monitoring
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Support the development of data science standards, validation frameworks, and best practices
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative data science culture
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Advanced Python and SQL skills with experience building production-ready models
- Expertise across forecasting, predictive modelling, customer segmentation, and classification techniques
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or similar to improve productivity and code quality
- Understanding of LLM applications, prompt engineering, and practical AI use cases within analytics workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical outputs into clear business recommendations
