This is a hands-on role focused on developing data-driven solutions with an Audit and Assurance lens, across client environments. You'll work across data engineering, machine learning, and Generative AI to deliver scalable, explainable, and audit-ready analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics, machine learning models, and AI solutions for continuous assurance.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and reporting outputs.
- Apply machine learning and Generative AI to use cases such as anomaly detection, risk monitoring, document intelligence, and pattern recognition.
- Monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, explainability, and reliability.
- Create dashboards for reporting that translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
- Integrate and model data from multiple source systems.
- Collaborate with various audit and assurance teams and the client teams to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
- Stakeholder management across the business and client engagements, including translating technical outputs into audit-ready narrative.
- Effective project and task management of self and junior team members
- Managing and training of junior team members in solution development and client delivery.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years' experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong Python, SQL skills.
- Experience applying machine learning to real-world business problems.
- Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is advantageous.
- Experience in audit, risk, controls and compliance is advantageous.
