Senior Data Scientist

You will develop and deploy predictive models and trading strategies for sports trading markets. You will combine sports-domain insights with predictive modeling and data analysis, collaborate with domain experts and the trading department, back-test and optimize models, and work with data and software engineers to bring models into production.

Responsibilities

• Design predictive models for sports result predictions
• Back-test and optimize models
• Develop trading strategies for sports trading markets

• Work with polars, duckdb, and dbt
• Deploy models and trading strategies to production

Requirements

• Strong background in mathematics, preferably probability theory, statistics, or machine learning
• Proficiency in developing data-driven models
• Creativity in designing models
