Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and construct analytical models that fulfill both business and technical demands
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables are finished punctually and meet quality criteria
• Engage in strategic conversations, contributing viewpoints that influence data-focused initiative direction
• Assess work developed by fellow team members, offering practical feedback that maintains dependable analytical practices
• Investigate and work through intricate analytical issues that surface throughout the project's lifecycle
• Support junior colleagues' growth by sharing knowledge that reinforces their capabilities
• Participate in planning efforts, assisting with scope clarification and providing reliable time estimates
• Keep up with changing trends across the field and incorporate worthwhile approaches into regular tasks
• Keep clear documentation of major methodologies and findings to support lasting knowledge continuity
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to establish defined objectives and confirm work meets expectations

Requirements

• At least three years of applicable, relevant professional experience
• Functional knowledge of AI principles and tools, used to enhance analytical solution development
• Strong background in Data Science, able to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data
• Advanced skill in Python for building and implementing data-oriented models and solutions
• Background working with Java for developing and integrating data-related applications
• Solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science supporting rigorous analytical work
• Confident English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
