Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver analytical models that support business and technical goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep deliverables on schedule and at a high quality bar
• Contribute to strategic conversations and help steer data-focused initiatives
• Review teammates’ work and provide constructive feedback to reinforce strong analytical standards
• Analyze and solve complex analytical issues across the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and helping them build their skills
• Participate in planning to define scope and provide accurate time estimates
• Monitor industry trends and apply valuable new methods in day-to-day work
• Maintain clear documentation of core methodologies and findings for long-term reuse
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives and ensure outcomes align with expectations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Hands-on knowledge of AI concepts and tools to strengthen analytical solutions
• Strong background in Data Science with proven ability to draw insights from complex datasets
• Proficiency in Python for developing and deploying data-driven models and solutions
• Experience with Java for building and integrating data-related applications
• Solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science to support rigorous analysis
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
