Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical models that meet business and technical needs
• Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are achieved
• Shape strategy by contributing ideas that guide data-driven initiatives
• Review and validate colleagues’ work, giving constructive feedback to strengthen analytical practices
• Resolve complex analytical challenges encountered during the project lifecycle
• Support junior team members through mentoring and structured knowledge sharing
• Assist with scope definition and provide accurate time estimates during planning
• Track emerging trends and apply relevant new techniques to daily work
• Produce and maintain clear documentation of methodologies and findings
• Work with stakeholders to set objectives and confirm results meet expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools applied to improve analytical solutions
• Strong Data Science expertise with the ability to uncover insights in complex datasets
• Python proficiency for building, implementing, and operationalizing data-driven models
• Java experience for creating and integrating data-related applications
• Solid understanding of Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science to back rigorous analysis
• Fluent English skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
