Senior Data Scientist designs and deploys GenAI and machine learning models for enterprise and public sector projects, using Python, R, Spark, and cloud platforms.
Our client is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to design, build and deploy advanced machine learning and GenAI solutions for large-scale enterprise and public sector projects. You'll work alongside business stakeholders, engineers and project teams to turn complex data into impactful business outcomes.
What You'll D
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning and advanced analytics solutions
- Build production-ready ML models using Python/R and Apache Spark
- Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Perform feature engineering, statistical analysis, NLP and predictive modelling
- Deploy models using Docker and Kubernetes
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-impact AI initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics
- Expertise in Python and/or R, with experience in Apache Spark or similar frameworks
- Experience building and deploying ML models into production environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps practices
- Experience developing GenAI/LLM-based solution
- Strong knowledge of statistics, feature engineering and model validation
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Plotly or Qlik
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline
- Consulting or client-facing experience
- Exposure to AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms
- Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning or graph analytics
