Senior Data Scientist - Brighton 3 days a week
The Role
You'll act as the Senior Decision Scientist within a product squad, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify opportunities, shape strategy and deliver customer-facing data products and AI solutions. Responsibilities include exploratory analysis, experimentation, machine learning, NLP and AI-driven product development.

Key Requirements
- 6–7+ years' experience in Data Science, Decision Science or Product Analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and commercial thinking
- Experience identifying and sizing business opportunities through data
- Hands-on experience with:
- Statistical testing and experimentation
- Machine Learning
- Feature testing
- NLP and AI applications
