Our client in public sector is looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join their team.
Your new role Embed data, analytics, and predictive intelligence into everyday decision-making. Build predictive models to surface early warnings, risks, and proactive intervention triggers. Partner with product teams to define hypotheses, experiments, and usercentric insights. Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations and product enhancements. Ensure ongoing model performance, fairness, and realworld impact on client outcomes. Own data stewardship: dashboards, visualization, quality standards, and longterm analytics roadmap.
What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, AI, or related quantitative field. 7+ years' experience in data science or product analytics within outcomedriven organizations. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for largescale data analysis. Advanced expertise in statistics and machine learning for insight generation. Hands-on experience with data pipelines, databases, analytics tools, and model deployment. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, effectively bridging technical and nontechnical teams.
