We're looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Growth Analyst to help optimize and scale our global search arbitrage business.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize Google Search Feed and AdSense performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve RPC, RPM, and overall profitability.
- Analyze publisher quality, traffic quality, and user behavior across multiple GEOs and domains.
- Build data models and dashboards to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Lead experiments across search feed layouts, landing pages, article content, and monetization strategies.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve search monetization performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Search Arbitrage, Google AdSense, Search Feed, or Publisher Monetization.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Deep understanding of publisher monetization, traffic quality, feed optimization, and revenue optimization.
- Proven experience improving RPC, RPM, and publisher profitability.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a data-driven approach.
