This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead an organization’s artificial intelligence strategy from both a technical and architectural perspective.
You’ll design scalable AI solutions while helping establish governance, security, and best practices across the AI ecosystem.
The position focuses heavily on Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and fine-tuning initiatives.
You’ll work with modern Microsoft Azure AI technologies and integrate intelligent solutions with enterprise systems.
A key part of the role will be supporting the development of an AI Center of Excellence and advancing AI adoption across the organization.
You’ll provide technical leadership to strategic initiatives while helping establish robust MLOps and LLMOps practices.

Accountabilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization.
- Help define and structure an AI Center of Excellence, establishing standards, practices, governance, and operating models.
- Design and develop scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Develop Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Define architecture, security, governance, and technical best practices for AI and machine learning solutions.
- Establish and improve MLOps and LLMOps practices to support reliable development, deployment, monitoring, and evolution of AI systems.
- Develop solutions in Python and integrate AI capabilities with APIs, enterprise applications, and corporate systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams working on AI initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution of the organization’s broader AI strategy by evaluating technologies, frameworks, and emerging opportunities.
- Promote scalable, secure, and responsible adoption of AI across business and technology environments.
- Solid professional experience in data science, artificial intelligence, AI architecture, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI technologies, particularly Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Proven experience developing Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, Generative AI, MLOps, and LLMOps concepts and practices.
- Experience defining architecture, governance, security, standards, and best practices for AI solutions.
- Strong Python development skills and experience integrating APIs and AI solutions with enterprise systems.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and influence the direction of strategic AI initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions.
- Microsoft AI certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable AI frameworks is desirable.
- Experience working within financial institutions or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
