Senior Data Scientist - Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) | £70,000-£90,000 | Fully Remote UK
We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Data Scientist to join a fast-growing, purpose-led travel marketplace.
This is a high-impact role focused on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality and marketing effectiveness, helping the business optimise investment as it plans to significantly increase marketing spend next year.
Key responsibilities:

Own and develop MMM to measure channel effectiveness, diminishing returns and marginal acquisition costs.

Design incrementality experiments, including geo tests and conversion-lift studies.

Build and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) models.

Improve marketing attribution and measurement in a privacy-first landscape.

Translate analytical insights into actionable marketing budget recommendations.

Use AI to accelerate analysis, experimentation and reporting.
What we're looking for:

Strong hands-on experience in MMM and marketing measurement.

Excellent statistical, causal inference and experimental design skills.

Strong SQL and Python capabilities.

Understanding of paid media, attribution and customer acquisition economics.

Commercially minded, with the ability to influence marketing strategy.

An AI-first approach to data science.
Experience with Bayesian modelling, value-based bidding or LTV modelling would be advantageous.
Package: £70,000-£90,000 + bonus and benefits
